Single Family Homes

Starting at around 1,400 square feet to over 2,500 square feet, our single family homes have a variety of floor plan options to fit your lifestyle. Duplex

Choose from two different types of duplex models. The traditional two-storey duplex or duplex bungalows with RV garages! There is a large selection of models to choose from! Whether you are looking for a home with a RV garage, spa ensuite, den, bonus room, rental basement suite -  our duplex models will not disappoint! View Duplex Models

Townhomes

Townhomes come in all shapes and sizes, where you share at least one wall with your neighbour. We offer two unique models for this home type.

Skyline Model is being built in the beautiful community of Sedgewood at Salisbury Village located in Sherwood Park. It features a three-storey townhome, with a roof-top patio! The main floor of this townhome has a den, garage and mudroom with stairs leading you up to your second floor living space. The second floor has your kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room. The third floor has your bedrooms, master suite and bathrooms. Your fourth floor is a large roof-top patio overlooking the natural area surrounding your new home!

The Summit model is the perfect first-time home. The first floor has a garage with a mud room, living space, kitchen, dining room and rear deck. The second floor has the bedrooms, master suite and bathrooms. This townhome model is currently being built in The Village of Schonsee and Woodbend.
